I would like to start making minitures, or wall hangings. Need ideas too

This is paper pieced - alot of fun - alot of work. When I started it took me 2 hours to do a 2 inch block! You can take a look at it here and put on your sunglasses! http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-62280-1.htm

I love mini's and just bought a book "Paper Pieced Mini Quilts. I printed patterns last night and hope to start one today. Good way to use scrap fabric.

Yeah, if you're going to talk miniatures, George is at the top of the list.
INSANE!!!

And all the quilts shown are gorgeous. I wish I had the patience.

George is getting played out! Not everyone loves log cabin designs like he does! and their web site is horrible...nothing works on his links, you can see a closeup of the patterns....he needs to hire a better tech person!

I have seen better mini's posted here...do a search for Mini and see what comes up..esp in the photo albums!

Here are some miniature flying geese quilts I made for a doll - the first one was too big for the doll, so I re-made it. The strips of flying geese are paper-pieced and I would definitely stick with paper piecing for patches this small. The finished geese are about 3/4" x 1½"

Beautiful quilts! Love 'em!

Could you/would you post a picture of the 12" block with 375 pieces. You've got my curiosity peeked.

Love the applique - it really makes the quilt!
