My husband always tries to come up with something positive to say when I show him a finished or semi-finished quilt. He remembers that I've complained when I've had to re-sew seams to get points to match up so he knows that points are important. His ultimate compliment when I show him a quilt? "It's very pointy." He tries.

I'm sorry to hear your husband wasn't more supportive. Even though my husband doesn't always like what I make, he knows how much effort goes into a quilt. He's actually help me design some quilts.

my husband would have said the same thing.

Billy I like your flag and hope you show us the finished project. Sorry your DH doesn't "get it" :-) |
Too funny....but your flag is nice and I like the fabrics.

I like funky Stars. Did he count them? Lovely quilt. I love the flags.

bed. The next AM he said, "oh, see I knew you could just whip this up, and you even made them more comfortable somehow!"
