First quilt in 1975 and then nothing until 1993 and have not stopped since.

Started sewing 50 years ago with lessons at a Singer shop in downtown Yonkers, NY. Made my first patchwork quilt in 1976 and after 35 years till get excited choosing the colors and patterns!

I have been quilting for 20 years.

I have been sewing since I was twelve but fell in love with quilting when my neighbor invited me to the Sister's Quilt show in Oregon. They hang over 1000 quilts the 2nd week in July. Its truly amazing. I have been quilting every since that trip in 1996, 15 years.

Sewing for 52 years, quilting seriously about 11 years.

11 months. I actually joined this message board a couple of months before I actually started quilting. I was still reading books and websites to figure things out. I also had to wait awhile because my LQS was going to have a big sale in June and I had to wait till then in order to get my cutting mat, rotary blades, etc.
