I, too, thought of Kay Wood on PBS in Michigan. She did this years ago. I have her octagon templates. Love the plaids.

That a beautiful quilt and looks like quite a challenge.I will have to try at least one block to see if I could do this one.

Wouldn't that make a terrific Christmas Wreath quilt! Well, that is where my mind went, anyway.

I could see it with I-Spy type fabrics in the center of each block!!

I did a oct. pineapple and I got the pattern out of the pineapple book by the gals that had the Great American Quilt Factory in Denver. the problem is they just retired and closed the shop. Wow after some digging I found one of their books Nancy Smith & Lynda Milligan and their books were under Possibilities. I hit the jackpot I found a order form probley it doesn't do any good but the book is number POS-60 Positively Pineapple and it was $21.95.

Opps hit the wrong button. any way their website is www.possibilitiesquilt.com Since they have closed up the shop I don't know if they still have a website????
I sure am going to miss their shop, Everytime I went to Denver that was one of my first stops and I would spend hours in there. I hope that they know they will be missed but I hope they enjoy their retirement.
