Today is the 10th, so I assume it's not too late to join. Anything with triangles is new, but I'm here to learn. I probably won't post a picture until tomorrow.

I don't know if I can stop at one a day. I started and now I have 25 done. I have 3 colors with one more to cut. Don't have charm packs so I am rotary cutting 5" squares. They are addictive and fun to do. I watched the missouri quilt video and they are easy to do. will post when I have a few rows done.

I finished my first today...it was really my first EVER, and I'm quite pleased with it. It's not perfect but you can't tell from a distance.

And whoever it was that originally suggested pressing the seams open should win an award. :) I anticipated crazy bulk and it's really not bad at all!

I'll wait until I have more and post pics maybe once a week. :)

Question:
(I'm still waiting for my background fabric to arrive- not enough stash for that part) But, I've read that it's better to iron open the seams then read that It's better to iron towards the dark. The first is supposed to have less bulk, the second is supposed to be better for matching seams. Does anyone have experience in both?
