What a pretty quilt. Did you paper piece this quilt? Louise

73 in a few weeks and walk 3 miles, 6 days a week. Played softball for 25 consecutive years (pitcher) until I was 67. That husband needs to go to a Quilt Show and see the "young" gals that attend. God is so good.

I am 57 will be 58 in July. I taught my neice to quilt when she was 33 or so. I have another neice 7 yrs old who wants to learn. She emailed me last week to volunteer myself to babysit her this summer and she said to please bring my small sewing machine!!! I dont think age has much to do with quilting. I think it is about art and creativity.

I turned 69 this year, and am teaching my 8-yr old granddughter to quilt! She ha already finished her 4-block leaf quilt, which she pieced, layered, and machine quilted all by herself!

I am 62 but started quilting 22 years ago so I was 40 when I started. Came back from a 12 store (two days) shop hop and saw many younger quilters.
