I'm 74 but have been at this since I was 42. Sorry I AM one of those old ladies your hubby is talking about.

I am 75 and still going strong. I have been quilting for about 20 years. :-)

Old?? Not me! I'm 52, but began quilting at age 42. My darling (3) daughters are 21 years old now, but began quilting at age 13. So, take our ages and average them together, and that makes 20 for the average age we began quilting, and 29 for our average age now. Heehee :).

Two weeks this side of 70 but I don't believe it unless I look in the mirror and see my grandma staring back.

Don't let your husband see this (I'll be 76 in June), but I still go to my Zumba class. Oh well, I'm the oldest there too. Does young at heart count??

marthahelen 04-29-2011 02:23 PM

You are young compared to me (76 in June).
