Replace it with a new one when Joann's has a sale. Also make sure you have the parts on correctly with the correct sides on.

The screw must be stripped somewhat on yours since it always lets loose. I have had my Fiskars cutters for prabably 10 years and love it and I have NEVER had a problem with it--so that is why I am guessing that the screw may be stripped a little bit.

contact fiskars, take a photo, and either send an online request, guarentee, or have them mail you one. I did just that, I now have a new rotary cutter. Fiskars stands behind their products
