This quilt is stunning!
peace

Love the quilt - option B is my choice, I love the term and will be using 'OMP'!

i like them both so i am no help... but it is beautiful... both of them... make two..lol

GramMER 03-29-2013 11:20 AM

Just my 'druthers,' but I like the one on the top the best. I think you can do a lot more with the quilting on that one too.

Loretta 03-29-2013 11:55 AM

I think A is the one I like best

michelleoc 03-29-2013 11:56 AM

I like the first one better, it doesn't detract from the beautiful work you've done with the rest of the quilt.

Maggieloe 03-29-2013 02:11 PM

A, The bubbles distract from the star - your focal pt.

2blackcats 03-29-2013 02:13 PM

The first picture is my choice - I like the way the star pops with that color.

Sarah in Brooklyn 03-29-2013 02:14 PM

I like the first one - it distracts less from your beautiful star.

Citigirl12020 03-29-2013 02:28 PM

I think he first one is the way to go!

chips88 03-29-2013 02:34 PM

option a.... this is my final answer

caspharm 03-29-2013 04:30 PM

I like #2 more. It makes the star pop more.

yweinst 03-29-2013 04:35 PM

I've decided to go with the beige. :). Thank you everyone for helping!!!

aronel 03-30-2013 09:01 AM

I would go with the beige - very pretty!

QandE2010 03-30-2013 12:03 PM

I like A as well.

JoanneS 03-30-2013 03:43 PM

I like the 2nd one - It makes me wanna dance with your stars!

suzanprincess 03-30-2013 03:51 PM

I'm as non-traditional as they come, but I prefer the beige. It's a lovely color, and backs up the drama of the star without being lost itself, while the print seems to undermine the starring role (pardon the pun) of the centerpiece star. Its colors are just right, but the pattern is too lightweight. Would make a pretty back, though, especially a pieced back with some of the other fabrics..

dahlshouse 03-31-2013 04:24 AM

I would go with the 1st one.. to me the second is too busy

I agree, I like the first one best.

It's interesting.. so many have said that the star/flower/bubble print on Option Two distracts one from the focal star. I actually like it better because it -doesn't- distract me from the star. It's light and airy. The first option.. all I see is a heavy wall of beige. I can't take my eyes away from it.

bearisgray 04-03-2013 09:27 AM

If the point of the fabric is to make the center medallion be the focus of all that work - I would avoid B (the fabric with the little circles) because I think it is very distracting from the medallion.

I agree that it is a very bright, fun fabric.

But not with that medallion. In my opinion.

Cagey 04-04-2013 08:27 AM

Definitely the first one - it really brings out the tan in the design. Love your choice of colors!
