The little house stamps are no longer available. :( They sure are cute!

click on the rubber stamp picture, they are still there. It is the pdf she no longer offers as a stand alone. It does come with the stamps though.

I don't think it comes with the acrylic backs any more. I had some so no problem for me.

Thanks I ordered the set. How fun!

I use personal wipe containers too. I've got stacks of them (all labeled) in my sewing room. It's just ready to grab and go. I also made a little kit for needles, etc. with a hard eyeglass case. I attached a piece of magnetic tape for needles and pins. And of course the little clear vinyl snap top packages that pillowcases come in.

My carry all for small quilting is a school pencil box. It will hold what I need for small piecing. I also have one when I embroidery big project (like quilt tops) for all the thread. Works great with the scissors and needles and of course the thread.

Another thread made me wonder if anyone else has as much fun as I do in my busy bag to go.
The no frills one; a ziplock bag, thread, prepped fabric, and scissors. Been there done it a lot.
Next step up, a plastic carton from the veggie or bakery section. Snap tight, work great.

But we are getting ready for retirement and I expect to be on the road a lot.
So I upsized my carry box to this cute Singer one.
Inside fits everything I need, including my 'toid tin for tools.

Currently I'm making little houses that will finish at three inches.
Currently in cheddars, I love orange this year.

the last photo is the houses I'm working on at the machine, these also will finish at three inches.

What do you use for your mini quilt room? What project do you have in it for pick up and go?

Great organization......

My mini "mini" is a Crystal Lite container with lid. I can store my little sharp scissors, seam ripper, marker pen, thread and small items I am stitching on. It fits into the handle slot on my car door for easy access. When I start doing hexies, they will fit in there nicely too.

I think I am going to confiscate my grandchildren's pencil box... we use it for crayons and other treasures... do you think they will miss it when they come to grandma's.... I really love mini's especially your little houses... post more photos of minis.. never get enough

I use the set for quilt classes I made for myself when I had left over scraps from a quilt I loved. Black white and turquoise. It is posted somewhere here on the board.

Here it is!

Aren't you the clever little lady. I love the cute house patches. I just finished reading the book The World of Gloria Vanderbilt, she was an amazing woman in so many ways. She had wallpapered a room with fabric of houses that looked something like yours, she designed so many patterns that she had printed in textiles, she used quilts in many of her projects.
