I am so happy to read they are going to resolve this issue.

so happy you pursued this issue & it resulted in a win-win situation. I can only imagine Northcott's reaction to postings on this board - they were wise to make their customer happy especially with the support you have!

Like the suggestion that you make a quilt for yourself too while hubby is deployed - hugs to you -

Glad to hear it. I suspected that a company as big and good as Northcott might do something like this.

So happy you got the problem taken care of in a timely fashion. Prayers for your hubby and for you and your family. So appreciate all who serve our country to keep us safe.

By all means, send this message to the president of Northcott. Don't mess around with the underlings. It will get results. Northcott should be ashamed.
