Everyone is doing so well!! I won't be able to cut until later this week, maybe weekend. A few questions in the mean time.

I bought the triangle ruler that mimisharon has pictured. Along with it came a 60* ruler. I'll take a photo of them later tonight.

Is the 60* ruler needed? or just the triangle ruler?

What size should I be using in ruler. I think something was mentioned in different size hexes depending on print? What size should me hex triangles be?

I think I can cut my fabric ok. I will look at it over this week and post any questions that I may have before cutting. Will three yards be enough? I hope so, it was the last of the bolt.

Thank you for all of your help and putting this tute together. Is there a supply list that I can look at to make sure I have everything when I go to store this week?

Thanks again, Kyia

So I have to cut the middle where the red line is? I'm not just cutting the repeats by WOF?

The issues with using the whole width at once is that spread out it is just to wide to cut. And folded the bottom that you can't see may be off and you won't get it straight accross the same way and not on an angle.

I am pinned :D:D:D
I put the pins straight down first and let them dangle off of the table, then I put pins inbetween those reference spots. I think that I got them fairly straight...

I think the pinning went easier finding a reference point first and going straight down, one strip at a time... I did all of the vertical pins first and then pinned the strips together. I did the same to the opposite end too. They lay pretty nice, straight and flat...keeping fingers crossed the rest goes as easily  :lol::lol:
