I have a Viking Huskylock 936, viking 415 Freesia, and Friday I will have Janome Horizon Memory Craft 7700 QCP. So How many manchines do you have and what kind?

Jamiestitcher62 10-03-2011 09:06 AM

You're going to like the 7700 for sure. I have the 11000SE and the 7700, I might be tempted to trade both in for the new 12000 that just came out. However, that would only leave me with one machine and not two. I really like having two even though I hardly use the 11000SE.

np3 10-03-2011 09:09 AM

At last count I had 10. I don't use several of them and need to pass them on.

Scissor Queen 10-03-2011 09:09 AM

I have a Pfaff 2030 and a Janome 6600. I thought about waiting and getting the 7700 but I decided I didn't want to wait. I love the 6600 though!

Jessie 2 10-03-2011 09:11 AM

I sound a little greedy, Janome serger, Janome 3050, Janome 1001, Janome 11000, Avante HQ, feather waight, treddle. I am putting the FW and the treddle up for sale so I can purchase the upgrade for the Janome digitizer. ( know I really do need mental help)

4 black FW's, 1 white FW, (2) 301's, Singer treadle, 1991 Singer portable, Brother, 1947 Singer in cabinet - that's 10 and I'm wondering if anyone has checked out the new FW 75 listed on Allbrands for $199? If so, any opinions?

quiltsRfun 10-03-2011 10:21 AM

Two for me - three if you count the one DD has in her possesion but never uses.

Viking 875 - used for piecing and quilting
Singer Featherweight - my "take along" machine for piecing
Kenmore (c. 1976 - don't know the model#) - currently on hiatus with DD

Mad Mimm 10-03-2011 10:24 AM

So far I am a sewing monogamist. I have a Viking Emerald 118. That is it. I use it for everything and I love it. She is a work-horse and has not given me an ounce of trouble! I understand sewing machines are like tattoos - it is hard to stop with just one. Interestingly enough, I only have one of those too... Hmmmm...

sewmary 10-03-2011 10:35 AM

Have a 1990's mechanical Kenmore, trusty little thing. Then a 2000 Pfaff 2038 which is serviced more than it sews (sigh), a Viking something- can't remember - not real fancy - to have when the Pfaff was on strike and now - a lovely Pfaff Ambition.

mmdquilts 10-03-2011 10:37 AM

I have a Singer Simple and a Singer 1022.

countrycousin 10-03-2011 10:37 AM

A vintage singer 66-16 treadle, in original cabinet, has electric motor added (near & dear to me, inherited from my Great grandma), a Singer 7442, Brother CS6000i, Brother PC-420, and just recently a Brother PQ-1500..I also have a Singer 4830 machine, which really is a little workhorse, but the bobbin is messing up on it...

annthreecats 10-03-2011 11:52 AM

I have six machines. You can see the list in my signature. The White, Elna and Necchi need TLC. The Singer 401A is in the shop for a spa treatment. I'm using the Singer 3400 and Bernina 1530.
