Which make do you have?

My brother dings when the bobbin is low.

My Pfaff flashes a little red light which I find enormously useful.

Don't you just hate it when you have sewn a whole seam and realize that you ran out of bobbing thread 1/2 mile back? I keep waiting for them to make a bigger bobbin. LOL

My Janome embroidery machines ding to warn of a low bobbin.
You get spoiled to it fast, too.

Mine beeps when bobbin is low i have enough left to finish the seam i'm working on then have to change

My Pfaff 2040, which is almost 15 years old shows me on my screen that my bobbin thread is getting low. Great feature. Love it. Have to be sure to keep the inside of the bobbin free of lint or it doesn't work.

They do but they are very expensive.

I wish mine did something to tell me. I have sewn whole seams without knowing I was out of bobbin thread.

Boy he sounds particular! I can't get my sister to sew come heck or high water!
