I use the red wonder clips for bindings and a few other odd jobs....I got two boxes of fifty at JoAnns with 40% off coupons and 25% off the total sale. I love them and I use all 100 of them at a time so I can sew and take them off quickly and not stop until I'm done or need to add more clips depending on size of quilts.

I like using them when I'm sewing rows of blocks together--one on each seam I'm matching. I use them on binding at the corners to keep the miters together as I hand stitch.

The wonder clips are expensive in the uk. at the moment I use the small binder clips from staples, but I'm hoping to get some wonder clips hopefully with money off coupons in either Joannes or Hobby Lobby when across the pond in Sep.

I purchased a pkt of 10 from Amazon UK. I'm down to my last 2 by giving away to friends with poor hands.

These are one of my most-used items! I use them not only for sewing bindings, bags etc, but also checking the 'fit' of binding on my quilts so there no joins at corners.

I also use them for clipping fabrics groups together for class and sorting appliqué shapes. Every time I lend some at class, the borrowers says she's going to buy some!

Just recently I used them to keep all the squares for my twister separate - as I cut them for sewing and again after I'd used the ruler to cut out. Much better than pins - no marks and no blood, lol.

I love them! Use them for the hand sewing part of the binding. No finger pokes!

I really like them for quilt binding, and I LOVE them for sewing items with vinyl or PUL that you don't want to poke holes into.

I bought a box of 100 hair clips at Sally's for $5.95 and use them for all kinds of projects.

I got a package of ten as a door prize at a quilt quilt meeting and I use them now every time I add my binding. Pricey, yes indeed but I don't need 50 of them. The ten I have is sufficient. I do like them particularly when traveling with an unfinished project. I always seemed to snag my self with the pins, ouch! and just not so with the clips. If you can find them cheaper, then go for it, but I really like them and use them on every quilt.

They were just on sale for 19.99 on Amazon.com for a 50 package and I love mine.
