Yippee!!!!
After abut 2 years of sewing my DH has finally learned to put a bobbin in his machine!!! Yeeeehaaaa! I still have to fill them for him. But, his just learning to put them in has helped me tremendously!! Now, all I have to do is fill them and put them in a drawer for him. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks!!! I wonder how long it will take me to get him to learn how to fill his own bobbins!??:D

men say if you can not bait your own hook you should not be fishing, lol. Well maybe if you can not fill a bobbin-you should not be sewing, wink, wink, smiley face

Now, be nice. Does he fill the gas tank in the car? Mow and do the landscaping? Open tight fitting jar lids? :). Mine does.

lol, when my grandkids are here they fight over filling my bobbins.

Hey, all I heard is that the man is SEWING! Good for him.

I wish my man would show an interest....he does however love his tv viewing quilt I made for him several years ago:)

My husband doesn't sew at all. He is color blind with about half the colors, but when something is "off" he comes up with great color suggestions! A few years ago he told me since I quilt, he'll do the cooking (turns out he's a better chef than I ever was), and he cleans! But he won't dust! When I try to help he tells me I'm doing the hard stuff, let him do the rest! NO, he's not for sale or trade!!!

Glad to see your husband likes to sew. Good for the both of you.

That is so cool, a husband that sews!!!!!!

My husband doesn't sew but asks every morning if I need to go to the Cloth Store. He sits in the car and waits for me then says "Is that all you bought?" I'll keep in a few more years. He doesn't mind my sewing and not doing all the house work. He does help with that. If I'm having trouble with a project my son even does the dishes for me. Good to have both around.
