I'm doing a UFO challenge at www.patchworktimes.com. She suggests you pick 12 UFOs and number them. Then each month, she picks a number and you work on that UFO. You are allowed to modify this if you like. I'm going to pick a UFO depending on how busy/ free I am that month. Some UFOS just need to be quilted..and others are...well..in the BABY stages! This year at my house is the 'Year of UFOs and Scrap Quilts'!

I keep a running list of all my projects. It's tacked to the wall right next to my design wall and I see it constantly. It gives me great satisfaction to cross off finished projects with a big red sharpie.
