So I always complain about the fabrics dept. at WalMart so I thought I would change it up a little.
I've been into the local store a couple times in the last week and the improvement in the fabrics dept. is something for them to be proud of. The bolts of fabrics are neat and tidy, most of the shelves are tidy. Not a bunch of stuff littering the cutting table and yesterday there was even an associate who was showing a customer where to find something. Now I haven't had to get anything cut, so I don't know how that is. The spools of ribbon by the yard are still scattered around the bottom shelf below the bolts of fleece, but baby steps are better than no steps.
Maybe my little tirade got heard since it was said to an actual person. I just hope I didn't just jinx anything by mentioning this.
Good job WalMart.

well, I'm glad to hear good things about walmart!
but when I saw the title of the thread, I thought "what are 'props'?" so is props short for another word??

Sorry, props is slang for things like giving proper respect for a job well done, acccolades, just dues ect.

Oh, no! Don't be sorry. I have heard it so many times & just realized I had no idea what it meant except for the respect or applause. I thought it must be short for something that I was clueless about. :)

My WM fans used to be so neat and tidy but now its a disaster and I can't hardly stand to go back to fab dept. I'm the one who was always praising them.
