I retired at 69 and have been quilting since then. Will turn 75 in November. Whatever our average comes out to be, you'll never find a nicer group!!

Closing in on 60. Started quilting (and sewing) at 55. I have a lot of catching up to do!

I did not read all 20 pages to see if I am the oldest. I am a very young 78 and have been quilting nearly all my life. I learned on my great grandmothers treadle Singer.

My dad told me when I turned 40 that life began and I could take off the years. Well, in June I will be 2......

I turned 52 yesterday! My fifteen yo son asked me if "when you get old will you get another dog? Because I will probably take mine when I leave home". At that point, I forgot all about him taking the dog and was happy my son thought I was still young - and saying it on my birthday made me feel wonderful.

I am 67, and been quilting for probably 20 years. Didn't have much time when I worked, but now have all the time in the world. Your DH sure sturred up a bunch of ladies. He better lay low for awhile!!!
