I found a quilt at the Goodwill that was so beautiful and couldn't figure out why someone would just give it away like that so I purchased it. It had a tag in the lower corner with a name and address on the corner of it. I took time to look up the address and found the person who made it. The quilt had been left on a table at a family picnic. She was so glad to see it and she did pay me what I paid for it. Shortly after that I found the quilt board!

I would adopt as well. I have friends that go to great lengths to show off old quilts, though they are not quilters themselves.
