my problem is the statement at the bottom.."this is not a legal document"...WHY NOT????

My good friend and I have a pact - when one of us dies, the other will go to their house and empty out all the closets and hidden hiding places so our husbands will never know how much stuff we have accumulated. Not just fabric - other crafts as well.
