I always carry my digital camera in my purse. If I don't take my purse with me, I always have my cell phine with me and have been known to take pictures of bathroom floors and such with it. If you can't figure out the print screen thing, try snapping a picture of the screen. You may have to turn off the flash. And yes, I believe we all have the "fever"!!

I love coming on here and pouring through the Pictures Forum. I mostly lurk, but LOVE the great quilts, made with love and creativity. There are so many wonderful ideas, how will I ever get to try them all????

I think there must be something wrong with me. I was playing MahJong on my Kindle Fire the other day, and as I looked at the background, I said to anyone in particular who would listen, "That would make a beautiful quilting design!" I find myself noticing ideas in the strangest places. A modern art type of quilt born from one of my children playing on the "Paint" program on the computer. I made them save it for future reference for me. Designs in the carpeting at the Dentist's. Wrapping paper designs. Store tiling, and even etchings on glasses and ceiling fans.

What is wrong with me? LOL... I think I need to do some quilting!

In all seriousness, I wonder if there is a way to get the design off my MahJong game to the computer to print up? I am terrible at stuff like that. Hmmm... ....

    Thanks for reading. :P
That is normal for us quilters didn't you know that I do that all the time I have been picking up patterns like that for a long time.First my mothers kitchen floor and at the Dr's office with my Dear Husband.LOL

Have you ever watched the show "Bones"? Well.... in the FBI interview room,
there are soundproof panels on the wall, that inspired me to make a quilt.
My mother and husband thought I was a little crazy. There are inspirations
    everywhere!

It's all part of the quilting obsession. I find quilt patterns in farm fields. Roads, hills, curves (we travel) but I love that I can visualize these in a quilt. If only I could take it to truition.

You hit the Print Screen key which copies the screen, then you control V to paste it onto a picture program, art program, word program, or whatever and then save it. Sometimes I email myself things like that if I am in a hurry and want to save something.

I snapped a picture of a manhole cover while on our nightly walk last night.
The swirled diamond pattern screamed "quilt" to me!
