Default quilting klutz

Its official! Im now a quilters klutz! Ive always wondered how peple sewed their finger in their machine.... well... i found out! Reaching for a needle and finger wouldn't move! What in the world?? It was stuck! Didnt hurt till I TOOK IT OUT! OuCH! :-)

Gringe! It hurts just thinking about it. Hope your tetanus shots are up to date. Who realized that quilting was such a dangerous hobby. Seems like if the machine doesn't get you the rotary cutter will. Hope it heals fast.

I always wondered that, too, until I did it twice in one week. Hurts like crazy, doesn't it?

Battle scars, I guess. If you sew enough, long enough, you're bound to do that sooner or later. Still, I know it hurts. So sorry.

As I was reading your post and all the answers, my fingers began to hurt. So sorry this happened to you and hope you heal quickly. Make sure your tetanus shot is up to date, and keep on sewing--only carefully from now on.

This is one club that nobody wants to join, but if you sew long enough we'll see you at the meetings. I joined last year. Hope you are back sewing soon. You didn't get blood on the fabric did you?
