    Default quilting on la

today I took the plunge and tried doing quilting with panto and I liked it and it really turned out pretty good. It does take longer but it was worth it.

Congrats on stepping out of your comfort zone. It pays off in the long run.

I have a very old machine called nustyle it has a 18" throat and we seem to get along fine. No stich regulator no bells or whistles

Pantos are a good way to do a quilt that is so busy a lot of hand guided intense quilting would be lost. With the panto one can see the piecing and admire it....I use them....will put one kind on the border and something else in the body of the quilt...so it still has a custom look rather than E2E. And you don't need a machine that has all the bells and whistles........
