I love the Brother too just like your daughter. If the machine had a larger throat I would never have replaced it. I like that it is a simple (read no computer) machine. Hopefully someone will buy this setup soon so I can setup Lizzie.

Merry Christmas to your self, I bought a JUKI QVP LQ I have quilted everything in site , love it the neck and shoulder pains have gone. work with my regular sewing machine was just a killer. You are going to have so much fun. Happy 2014 quilting.

I am excited that my dh got me a Brother PQ 1500S for Christmas. I wish I had room for a long arm, but I don't. My co-grandmother has a PQ 1500S, and I love visiting her and using her machine. MY hubby is so special. He surprised me completely.
