Pretty pretty quilt! I like both ways but if it were to be mine, without sashing.
With sashing is neat, organized and less "busy" and without sashing is more eclectic and much busier.
What does your daughter think?

Lovely quilt. I prefer the one with the sashing--just looks tidier to me. As the others have said, it doesn't really matter what we like, what would your DD want? Maybe you could find a pic or two and show her and ask her opinion without telling her about your secret.
