Default customer service rave, new (to me) shop

<O</OI found a great new (to me) online fabric shop and just have to share it with you. The shop is called Pam’s Crafting Place and she has both a website and an Etsy shop. I found her while looking for a specific line of small print tonals that I’ve fallen in love with, and am I ever glad I did.
    <O</O
She had everything I was looking for (16 different prints) at prices better than anywhere else online or locally. Some fabrics were listed in one shop and others in the other, but Pam shuffled things around so I could make a single purchase with a single shipping charge. Changing things around like that can be a royal pain and I am thrilled that she did it. She made it all so easy for me and stayed in touch through the whole process.

The package arrived last night, just two days from Florida to New Hampshire, beautifully packed in protective plastic, completely accurate with nice straight cuts and just in time for the weekend. There are at least 12 more prints in that line that I want, so I’ll definitely be ordering from Pam again before summer is out.
    <O</O
You’ll find great fabrics (also ribbons, notions, trims, patterns and more), great prices, outstanding customer service and overall, and a truly enjoyable experience. Check out both shops, you won’t be sorry.

Thanks again, Pam! I love everything!!

How can she sell them so cheaply. What is the quality? It all looks wonderful.

The fabrics are P&B, Red Rooster, Michael Miller, etc...well known manufacturers. There's no difference in quality between the P&B I bought from my LQS and the P&B I bought from Pam, just a 30% savings in cost (27% if you include shipping). Works for me!

Pam also has some fabrics on eBay that she's looking to move quilckly so she has room for new goodies.
