Welcome to the Quilting Board!

Oh now...cant shake it, that only makes the voices scream louder!Originally Posted by sandpat

Sharon
Santa left my house on Nov. 10th. Post Office said it would reach our destination within 7 to 10 days so I think it's probably getting close to my Secret Santa Sister.
December 7th is perfect for me...Have the date and time marked on my computer calendar so the puter reminds me.
Feathers
Sharon you are Eastern Standard Time or Central Standard Time depending on where you are in Indiana... so it will either be 3pm Central time or 4pm Eastern time for you... have I confused you even more? lol :)
You are EST, so 4pm Sharon. :)
How are all those secret santa packages today? Still making noise? lol
Mine is quiet until my cat walks into the room -- these it starts screeching -- let me out, letmeout, letmeout
My package was waiting for me when I got home yesterday! Woohoo! zzyzx has been eyeing it & sniffing around....I put it up so that maybe she won't try to open it for me..... LOL
Bump!!! :)
No way-no how...I am not smelling that box!:))Being from a farm, we know better:0)My box is still on top of the frig (dh's is always helping me like that:))and no matter how hard that frig door shuts...milk gets put back in w/a bang, any amount of jump'n on the floor...that box doesn't budge:))Darn! Skeat
Skeat, if I were you, I'd give it a little shake in case there is something in there that needs to be let out. Never know, little thing might be sleeping or something.
When I woke this morning, the voices were yelling they were hungry.
I think mine was trained to not letting me open it. I have been chasing it around the house for the past few day's and every time i get close enough to pick it up it bounces away  . I'm trying to convince the cats to catch it but they are not listening to me either. :x
What lucky ladies you are hearing from your packages! My box hasn't let out one single peep. Infact I am quite certain that my DH took it and has kept it for himself! It has so completely vanished I can't even pet it!
My poor box is lost in the mail system somewhere...how sad is that??? My poor whatever will just fade away....wait..another thought...it has fallen underneath Santa's seat and gotten kicked into a back corner of his sleigh. I sure hope SOMEBODY will clean up that darn sled pretty soon and find it!
I suppose someone forgot to mention to old Saint Nick it might have kittens in it. Poor Helpless little kittens... Mewing at the top of their tiny voices.. Maybe Rudolph will find it! He's got good ears right... No that was the crazy nose... Sheesh... Have more Eggnog or Wassail, or maybe just look at the Wine and Mull, according to Mary (aka Pretty Kitty) that will make everything better...
Kittens? Yea, that's what it sounds like coming from my box! Now I HAVE to open it! Can't have the poor babies lonely and scared in there!!
Oh no...kittens????? Terri..you better poke a tiny hole in the side and start mashing some kitten chow in there!!! I guess that 'plains the smell
But if I poke holes in it, I might accidentally poke a kitten!
I don't have a problem with you hearing voices, Teri, I just have a problem when the ones in your head start talking back... :lol:Originally Posted by tlrnhi
You mean they AREN'T suppose to talk back? Ut oh......lol
Gently tilt the box so they slide to the back before you go poking around :wink:Originally Posted by tlrnhi
Oh no...I'm still skirred I'd poke one of the little things.Originally Posted by sandpat
Maybe if I leave some food near the box, they can scratch their way out?
Those poor little guys are probably weak from dehydration. I don't know if they'd have enough strength left to get out on their own
Their growth is probably being stunted from lack of sunlight ! LOL Better open a tiny corner so they can get fresh air and that much needed sunlight!
Sharon
Oh dear tlrnhi... sounds like yours might be alive, in which case you cant open it until May... It'll need six months quarantine to make sure is doesnt spread any problems to the rest of your stash....
I like the secret santa thing, but I think customs are party poopers, making us have declaration labels on the parcels. Still excited though. That date and time should be ok for me.
sandpat..did it occur to you that a good look'n, red suit'n man is coming to deliver it himself???:0)LOL Like that pizza guy...you cook the pizza and he shows up w/his flight goggles:))LOL Terri...I tried to shake that box, but, the prob is I am shaking everything else in my frig for I can not reach it! I now have some shake and bake salad dressing, milk, yogurt, and bbq sauce:))I'm just not a good enough aim for the ice pic or I'd attempt to make air holes:))Skeat
