Colleen, isn't it awful to feel so unmotivated & almost helpless. So glad to hear you are starting to feel better. For a while there I didn't think I was ever going to be able to do anything but just sit in a chair...scared me alittle.
Moderation...is my new word...lol

I so agree! I also have to remember to breathe. But I'll take that! And quilting is a great way to start moving around and build up my stamina. People who don't have lung problems can't properly appreciate the great miracle of a deep, easy breath! Hope you're doing better every day .
