You send them your model and they make the cut-out. I have found local sewing machine store uses the same company.

Hello Nilla,
Can you please tell me where you had an acrylic cutout made to fit around your machine in order to make it one continuous space? I have an old Singer Sewing Cabinet with a recessed shelf. I need to lower the shelf held by L brackets only 3/8" to make the machine flush to the sewing cabinet.
I have a slide on acrylic tray that came with my machine. Would I keep my slide on tray and then measure the open space to be filled to order an insert? I hope this makes sense. Thanks bunches!

I have one singer in a cabinet that I use mostly for bindings with a walking foot attached. My old Kenmore portable has a styrofoam "table" around it made from styrofoam insulation board. Go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yAS25v3ZTk0 to see a demo. After I cut the styrofoam the way I wanted, I covered it with an old shower curtain. Just folded it over like you would if wrapping a package & used straight pins to secure it. Works fine for me. Note: cutting styrofoam in the house is not recommended. Ask me how I know. What a mess ! ! ! !
