Sewing machine repair caused worse problems

I am sorry for the bad problems, but I wouldn't stop there. I'd be on the phone the next day they are open, and complaining. See why this happened and let them know that you are NOT going to put up with it. I'd give them another chance, no charge of course, and let them know that their reputation is at stake. You have a lot of friends who need machine service and they will know what kind of service you get from them. I wouldn't be ugly or mean spirited about it but firm and that you are unhappy and will not afraid to let others know if they don't correct the problem.

My Bernina 440 only goes to Bernina authorized dealer that I love. I drive 200 miles to the shop and the owner services it the same day, while I shop in the city. I always make an appointment. Love the shop!!!! Incidently, this is not the dealer I bought it from...

I do not have a lot of faith in this repair shop but I hope that they will make it good. :-(
