Yes my sewing room looks like this because there is not enough space. But I won't be bothered by other family members while sewing , I live alone, only my cat likes to sit on every piece of fabric I'm trying to work with.

I just went to the Quilting Expo in Madison WI a couple weekends ago and my first purchase......a sign for my house that says "A messy house is a sign of a happy quilter"........

I also have one that says "creative clutter is better than idle neatness".....

They pretty much tell it the way it is at my house.

OMG, I'm laughing my head off! I can just picture it. Seriously though, when you find that button, post a notice so we can all dismantle it on our sewing chairs!
