    Some of us have been through what you are going through and as the saying goes, "Time heals all wounds." You will never forget and you shouldn't forget, but trust me you will get through this! Take all the time you need and try to ignore those who want you to 'buck up'. They just want to see you happy again, but that is something you will have to do in your own time frame! You will be able to smile again - honest.

    We all love you! Call on us if you need to!

    Sharon, I am heartbroken to hear about Roy. My computer went nuts in May and I just learned about Roy today after I hijacked my boys computer. I will send you hugs,love and prayers. Kim

    Sharon I am only reading this post today. I am soo soo soo sorry for your loss. I live in Canada, but I will certainly do something in my area towards our local firefighters too in Roy's memory. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family right now.

    Hugs to you
    Andrea

    Hey Sharon. This is the first I've seen this post, too. I never told you this, but you inspired me with your signature--Blue Star Mother. So, a few months ago, I donated a red, white and blue quilt to a fund raiser they were having to send stuff to soldiers. Thanks for the inspiration. :wink:

    Hang in there. You've spent years with your Roy, so it makes sense it'll take some time to adjust to a new normal. {{{{HUG}}}}

    Awww, Karla, thank you! The military are so in wonder that the public is showing their appreciation for them.

    Love,
    Sharon
