Yes, Connecting Threads had superb customer service. I also had a goof on an order from them - one fat quarter from a collection had been left out. They sent me the missing fat immediately after I talked to them on the phone.

I am around the Capital District also but have never gone to that shop.......guess I will have to make a trip one of these days......

I have always had wonderful customer service from them. They use to have a store front when I shopped in before they became and on line store only.

How wonderful. Great customer service is it seems few and far between these days, so when it happens it is a "yippee" moment.
