Congratulations, Kythkat. I know how hard it is to quit--hardest thing I've ever done. I've been smoke-free for 16 months.

Congrats!!! I have quit many times. The longest for 23 years. Now I am smoke-free for 1.5 years. I know how hard it is to do. Yay for you!!! One day at a time, one block at a time.

Great quilt and I love, love, love the EKG (heart tracing fabric with the heart).

Nice placement off the heartbeat monitor right next to the no smoking hexi. Congrats on two jobs well done: quitting smoking and compketing a gorgeous quilt.

Good for you! I have never even tried a cigarette but I hear how tough it is to quit so you should be proud of your one year anniversary...stay strong. Your project is a great way to keep your fingers busy...it’s looking good.
