I have enough quilting and crafting supplies to last me a lifetime. No worries about running out here! :D

We'd definitely run out of food long before I ever ran out of fabric or thread!

Heck I'm in Wisconsin, we expect storms. We are always stocked up on everything (including multple projects), never need to run to the store just cause a storms coming :)

Although shopping during a storm is very plesent, no other shoppers, no crowds.

But I do drive 4WD so as long as the store is open, I can get there. Heck it takes a lot for our stores to close.

That probably would work here too.
I have plenty of fabric and enough projects to keep me going.

I was at a quilt shop Sat. and some of the ladies were talking about power outages, one said she plugs her sewing machine into the generator and her hubby the T.V and they are just so happy together.LOL. Sounds like a plan to me.

kclausing: I just noticed that you live in Grafton. I also live in Grafton but I'm in Massachusetts!!

We are expecting the storm to hit new england by tonight and I'm on my way out to get groceries. I like to have enough to last so that I don't have to run out to the store for a few days. I hadn't thought of also going to the quilting store :-D ....hmmmmmm.
