We can only be good for others if we are good to ourselves. Our own sanity is critical. MAKE some quality sanity time, and the rest of our hectic lives will go much smoother. If quilting is your sanity, then make time to do it.

I second the motion! I finally finished a "couch potato" quilt last night after having it in the frame for 6 weeks. Wondering how long it will take to get the binding on.
