Look for old typewriter tables. at sales. They are perfect for pressing. They're on casters and usually have a drawer and a bottom shelf. I have two. One at each machine and it sure saves time.

I purchased a fold up table from Walmart and put my ironing mat on it and I love not having to get up every time to iron a seam.
My friend came over and saw my set up and immediately went to Walmart and set up the same ironing area and loves it.

I too, bought a tray at walmart and covered it with cotton batting and fabric to use for ironing near my machine. I did not drill holes in it and it has not warped. I think someone posted pictures last year of one they had made.

I have seen folding pressing tables in quilt magazines that look just like yours but of course they cost$$ Thanks for the idea.

How simple. Why didn't I think of it. So handy and easy to put out of sight. Thanks for sharing.

Would have been done last night, but couldn't find the staples in my DH workshop(that's a whole nuther story)
I think it turned out well. I painted the legs with flat black paint 2 layers of warm&natural and fabric from my stash
