Thanks for all of the great suggestions. I think I'll go with the dark purple for the inner border and binding on each of the quilts and print outer border. That's what I think at the moment anyway. Will post photos when completed.

Thin inner border 1 1/2" of dark purple and peace fabric for outer border.

I know you decided on the purple butI would like the dark blue around the little flowers as an small border and large border with the purple and a binding of the stripes or small dotted material. However, the purple will be great because it is your choice and your quilt! Please let us see the finished product!
