No! You would think after working with fabric for years you could tell when you have two pieces in your hand. I cannot tell you how many times I have done this. I hate to rip but my mom use to say. As you sew, so shall you rip. So True.

Isn't it nice to know we are not alone!? I had made sections for a wall hanging. Thought I might enter it in the quilt show. Got out the sections and discovered I had only 8 sections ...and I MADE 10. When did I find the missing sections? The DAY the quilt show opened! Guess I will work on them for NEXT year! ::::sigh:::: See? you are NOT alone! lolol

Just did that Thurs. Found the missing block folded in with the sashing blocks, after I re-arranged my whole sewing room which took about 4 hours.

I thought I was the only one that did something like that.
Look all over, and cut another one just so I can find the original one. LOL

Still under the presser foot.
Now, that is too funny, that is something that I would do! lol

No - you're not the only one! I have many ways of losing a block, a piece of a block, my pins, my scissors. You name it - I've lost it until I find it in plain sight.
