Thank you all for your replies! I totally agree with you all about the price... I could buy a lot of fabric with that money

I love the idea of using door stops, and I think that is what I am going to try. I really hope it makes a difference! I have had physical therapy along with a lot of other treatments and I really appreciate everyone's suggestions. Thanks so much!

I used to get a numbness at the top of my neck so I bought one of these and it stopped! But when we RV I just use a book.

It seems like you would get better visibility if the front of the machine was lifted, rather than the back? But then you might get more wrist or shoulder stress? Just thinking out loud...

Made my own by putting a small board under just the back legs of my table! Works super!

I had one for my FW and one for larger machine. I got rid of both of them. It didn't help much. I just adjusted my seat.

I read a while back on a quilting show that showed using door stops for the back of the machine, as it lifts the back of the machine enough to put less pressure on your neck while sewing. Can't hurt to try.
