Bailey, I am loving your top. I do not think it is too muddy or too dark.

I thought that mine would be a bit too dark too, so I am cutting a lighter fabric out of the same fabric line and will be using them both in the same quilt. Just a thought  but I do love your blocks, and those cubes are awesome!!! I want to add some to my quilt too :D:D:D

Bailey yours is beautiful, not muddy looking. How many block did you make? and how big are your triangles? I really like it.

Well I thought I would share mine with you all I am pleased with it.

Cutebuns, the route I took was very challenging (Y seams) I don't know what I was thinking. But I got it together and trimed and bordered. It is kind of restful pattern. I will bind it with the dark blue fabric.

I plan on making another with different fabric. This time the right way.

You did awesome! I love it,

The y seams can be a challenge for sure, it is easier if you leave them in half and keep with the straight seams,

Cutebuns - In this picture http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-35685-2.htm have you cut the length of your fabric in two? I noticed in looking at the other pictures that you have drawn lines lengthwise for the students to cut on. Am I to take it that you do not want me to cut my fabric lengthwise? I am sorry I am being so dense, my brain must be going in a different direction. My book will be here the end of the week, maybe I just need that in front of me!
