What a cool idea, to add the additional triangles on your hex's. Then all you need to do is add on another triangle in between the new triangles and viola! a new larger hexagon! Your brain is working overtime !!

Well, I figured out how to do it without the Y seams, but I was unable to get it to go the way I wanted. Will explain tomorrow when I post pics.

Ok, I got the borders on. I like the purple and pink. Let me know what you think. I wanted to get the extra hexes on the right and bottowm wrapping around the corner but couldn't fiuger out the corner so had to do it this way.
