Try looking up Carpenters Star, it would work well and you can add as many borders as you like to make the size you want.

Lots of star patterns are made with half-square triangles (such as the Friendship Star...), which can be made with charms.

I prefer the smooth Jazz station on my Cox cable that comes through my TV. I will on occasion use my iTouch, but hate dragging it around.

I'm like at the zoo when I quilt. There are kids slamming the door, runnng and yelling at each other, dogs barking and the sound of hubby's rerun on TV. LOL
