    Lasers are fine as long as you don't point them directly into your eyes.

    I usually don't push a point, "live and let live" and all that, but my mother
    is legally blind.

    Don't take my word for it, I implore you, do your own research - in more than one place, please...This is meant for use with carpentry equipment on wood.
    Your going to put it on a machine that bounces the beam right
    back to your eyes and your going to be staring at it for hours.


    I'd much rather be proven wrong, than have one person harmed bc
    they didn't know.
    I looked at these a while back bc my mother wanted one on her
    machine.

    The line does not look thin enough for me to stitch a straight line using it. Looks like the beam is 1/8" wide which is a lot depending on what I'm working on.

    Thank-you Mousie for the cautionary post, it is a good thing to do the research and possibly not become a statistic. I for one appreciate your concerns and will do the research as your points are well taken by me.
