Default update on my thimble (I Got It LOL)

I posted a thread in last year about learning to use my thimble Well I did wear this thimble all day on my finger and not my pointer finger. yes it does work soooooo I decided to order a aunt becky to protect my under the quilt fingers. Aunt Becky was ok but hard to hold on to. Then I seen the spoon method I searched high and low in my home for GOOD SPOON. UT OH FOUND ONE this is a spoon that my friend gave me she is from LAOS. small short handle wide spoon This works well for me Plus when I use it I think of her you know you can make do with things around the house. and not spend a fortune on pricy gadgets little p.s. been quilting for a year yea I lots of thimbles any one try the spoon?

I haven't tried the spoon but I just purchased a Thimblelady thimble and can't wait for it to come in. Glad you are having success w/the spoon, I need to try that too.

I have used a spoon a lot...mine is a tablespoon measuring thingy..just fits. It makes for very even, fine stitching.
