The quilting is done now on both baby quilts and today I will try to get the bindings done on at least one of them. I am in the middle of canning some chicken bone broth that must be done today and that will, I'm sure, slow me down a bit. The key for me today is to stay focused and I will be able to run the race. I will post pictures as soon as they are done.

Lovely totes, Watson! I really like the reverse applique look

SBG - you could literally go in business with how you turn out the cutest baby items! I love it all!

Ktmo - your butterfly wallhanging is beautiful!

I finished up a large lap quilt for a friend - it has a very muted color palette, which I don't typically choose, but will be perfect for her! Today I will play around for a bit and make add'l Irish Chain blocks for the challenge.

Happy Memorial Day - may we always remember!

Wow! Y'all finished so many beautiful things!

Sewbiz, I love those bibs! I made a bunch of bibs for donation out of large scraps a few years ago, but not near as cute as yours. Do you have a pattern?

I'm still working on sandwiching the 6 baby quilts. I have one of them done, did the tying and started the binding. The plan was to sandwich them all, and then tie them all, and then bind them all last. But I got carried away on the first one.

Great progress on your projects!

I forgot to join in but have been working on quilting a small quilt on the EMB machine. I still have the last two borders to finish today. The second class for the quilt is scheduled for tomorrow so i'm ahead right now. The instructor will be surprised!

Lovely projects everyone all sorts of different mediums too. The little unicorn is way too cute. I didn't get much done on the quilts but the dress just needs button holes and buttons. I'll post a picture when I get home to better internet.

Love seeing all of the pictures of your work and works in progress. I fixed the block that was out of place and have started working on the borders. I still need to sew borders for 2 sides and attach them.

I always take pictures before I have a quilt LAQed. Funny how you don’t see mistakes until to snap a picture and then it glares at you!

Christine, I love the muted colors in that quilt.

Susan, no pattern for the bibs. I just drew the shape. They are small "dribble bibs", great for bottle feedings.

Ditto! I use my cell phone camera when I’m trying to decide on color, placement or modification on a pattern. Like adding a collar to some of my kitties.
