    Sunday morning update:.................

1.Finish cutting usable pieces from my scrap bin. Whoo Hoo! The big ole bin is empty! I have enough 2.5 square to make a dozen quilts.or more. I also have 3.5 X6.5 bricks to make at least 5 or 6 quilts.
2.Finish Quilting one quilt. This is done, but not the quilt that I intended. Ran out of thread for my half finished quilt. So I chose another to work on. Maybe a trip to JoAnn's after virtual church and a zoom meeting with friends. and get the thread I need to finish my spiral quilting.
3.Make binding for quilt. Yes, binding not only made but about 1/4 of hand sewing to the back is done.

It was a delightlfully busy Saturday afternoon and evening. I will work toward finishing that binding and celebrate my finishes.

Looking ahead to Monday and seeing photos of OUR finishes.

I did the binding on my latest quilted project and I have the top together on a Christmas quilt called Silent Night. today I will hand quilt a small quilt and decide what to start next! I love the quilting weekends and especially now with all the snow outside! Happy valentine's day to all of you.

Rob - whole house generator. We have used ours quite a bit and we live close to town in a populated area.
    Midwife - love the cats!
Petthefabric - very creative with the panels
    Thimblebug6000 - pretty baby quilt
Lots being accomplished this weekend. Got this baby quilt quilted and bound. Now to start cutting out the next one.

Does cleaning out/destashing count on a CQW? LOL

I have two projects to still bind: a twin size bed quilt and a small wall hanging. Both have been attached, now I just need to sew down to the back.

Thanks for hosting! I think we should be able to earn CEUs (continuing education units) towards our PhDs (Projects Half Done)...

    Midwife--the cats are looking good.

Rff1010--I enjoy making Lemoyne star quilts. How do you make yours? I Use Deb Tucker tools for almost everything

    WMUTeach--great progress on your list!

    craftiladi--way to go

    ILoveToQuilt--yes cleaning/destashing counts

I won't be quilting much today but didn't figure I would be. Baking this afternoon and then I have scheduled phone calls with friends. But will be back at work tomorrow morning!
