Working on a quilt as you go crazy quilt. I just finished the blocks, now to get it set together and get the binding on.

Well, all, my progress slowed to a crawl. I mentioned eyelashes in post 41 and there are back. I just switched to some my free-motion plans to some variations of straight stitching for some areas of the quilt. That will have to do. I will try again in a day or two to return to the FM. My machines are being a stinkers. The old Viking usually is my FM queen but she has learned eye lash tricks from the Pfaff. I am more determined than my machines and will have this quilt finished this week! Period!

See everyone back in a month!

I know the VQW is over, but I wanted to show what I sewed and resewed this time.

Great work, Quilting Vagabond! I recognize some of those that I made too, from the 1930's book.

Yes, that's the version I'm making the 1930s one.

Finished a coin quilt and made a baby top. Currently making piecing the "franken-batting" which is tedious but satisfying. A friend of mine just had her 2nd grandbaby and while I dont really groove on baby quilts I just happen to have all this lovely fabric and a yen for a simple project. Top took 2 hrs total. (Its taking me longer and more annoying to piece the batting!)
