I am not sure if it is my computer or the web, but every time I try to upload a pic, the whole screen goes white...the response box I am used to seeing is gone...Still trying to show the lone star top..Ended up not doing any hand quilting tonight..My son and his wife stopped by with the 6 kids for about an hour this afternoon, and then I moved on the the Bow Tucks bags for my little 5 yr old twin granddaughters. Tomorrow it will only take me about an hour to finish them both..May start a little quilting tonight..but really dog tired!!

Could be that your picture is too large, I've had trouble uploading full size photos. I open them up in Paint and reduce the size by half and save again. Then it usually works ok to upload.

Still not uploading pics...When I click on the icon to add a picture, the selection box comes up, but instead of seeing the message board behind it, it all goes white......I planned on getting to bed a few hours ago, and get back to work again in the morning...of course I got hung up in the hand quilting, so I am just putting it down now and try to get some sleep...maybe tomorrow the picture uploader will work for me...Have a good night all

Time to get up everyone!! I am ready for day 2~!. Will be spending this morning finishing the 2 Bow Tucks, and looking for patterns for the needle case and pincushion exchange..If I have what I need I may begin working on those- or back to the hand quilting!

I'm up and ready to go. Have to work this afternoon, but may get enough done to applique tomorrow! One top (background) ready working on second. Then to trace and fuse ready to satin stitch.

One down - finished the friendship quilt (YAY!!) - it's a jelly roll pattern by Pam & Nicky Lintott - thought it needed something else so I added the flower. FMQ on my home machine.

My sewing weekend is going really well, but my memory to take photos of the finished projects is not so good. I finished 2 quilts so far this weekend. Here is one, before I added the sashings. Off in a few minutes for another day of sewing with friends.

Good morning everyone! I would have been here sooner, but it takes so much time to read all my e-mails. I still have to eat breakfast and get dressed. Gotta get moving before Indy 500 starts. Will sew on some blocks while watching the race. I keep a small sewing area in my bedroom where my only TV is, so I can sew and watch TV at the same time. The dog is then happy that I am near her. I'll try to get pics of the quilts I finished yesterday.
